PMO Lead - Enterprise Transformation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align transformation programs with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams using proven project management methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Analyze data and KPIs to understand performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to enhance productivity, particularly within the context of federal government operations.
- Lead all efforts, including interviews, meetings, analysis, client presentations and reporting.
- Plan, develop, and manage measurement and evaluation work.
- Ability to interview and capture critical data related to workload, responsibilities, and work stats.
- Provide recommendations for objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform a variety of analyses required for the formulation, administration, and evaluation of a monitoring and evaluation system (A project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system covers all the work carried out by all employees to define, select, collect, analyze, and use information to process re-engineer).
- Lead process improvement with the ability to identify and recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide Strategic Communications Support for all measurement and evaluation work including briefings, presentations, and meeting management.
- Work on other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years leading enterprise transformations of organizations with more than 15,000 people.
- At least 15 years of experience leading teams.
- Extensive experience in program management, with a track record of successful enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams through complex change processes.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with federal government processes and regulations is highly advantageous.
